Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Document anomalies and issues. Maintain database of software defects.

Zend 2 Developer

Position: 2
Experience: 2-6 YEARS

What you’ll do:

Work on the full software development lifecycle of several of our LAMP products. This includes development of new features, maintenance and investigation of production issues.

Develop software using PHP on MVC frameworks such as Doctrine/Zend2, conforming to a test first approach

Design and implement database objects on MySQL, working with the data architecture team on schema changes.

You’ll have:

Proven track record in developing web applications and bulk email delivery in PHP

In-depth knowledge of MVC frameworks such as Doctrine/Zend2 framework

Strong object-oriented analysis, design skills and knowledge of design patterns

Expertise in the administration of all aspects of the LAMP stack

Ability to develop HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JSON and jQuery

Excellent database design and development skills in MySQL

Experience working with Service Oriented Architecture and NoSQL databases

Experience working within an Agile environment.
